I contacted Lea in your office in the beginning of October, 2009 without a 'firm' delivery date, and gave her information about our move. I also called four other movers in the area. I spoke with Lea several times during the month and I selected High Touch since it was BBB accredited and because the 'customer service' for communication was excellent with your office. She was extraordinary and followed up with any questions I had.

The move occurred on October 31st and the movers arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. - the crew was very polite, hard working and very professional. The foreman went over every charge with me so there was no miscommunication with regard to estimates, charges, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The furniture was disassembled and reassembled and placed in the bedroom without any problems.

All furniture and boxes were put in correct rooms. The gratuity the gentlemen received was sincerely appreciated. The movers never stopped working and couldn't have been more personable. I will recommend High Touch Moving Systems to anyone in the area and would call them for any future moves.
