My experience with High Touch Moving was very positive. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend High Touch Moving to friends, family and co-workers.

The estimate provided at the time I called to make a reservation was very accurate; I did in fact end up paying the exact amount quoted. When I contacted Lea to advise her that I had not received the e-mail notice asking to confirm my reservation via electronic signature, she was very pleasant and quickly sent the e-mail I was expecting. On the day of the move, Bryan Davis called to notify me that he had arrived. I was informed that the crew would arrive between 2 pm and 4 pm, they arrived at 3:10pm - well within the estimated time slot.

Mr. Davis had a polite and positive demeanor. I was very stressed because of the usual worries associated with moving my belongings and coping with anxieties about other responsibilities. Mr. Davis sat me down and explained every part of the Bill of Lading thoroughly. He put me at ease and assured me that the efficiency of his crew and the quality of service was his highest concern. My belongings were already boxed and disassembled prior to the crew's arrival. The crew handled everything with care and quickly loaded my belongings onto the truck.

As to the overall appearance of the crew - they were not in any type of uniform aside from the sweatshirt Mr. Davis was wearing with the High Touch company logo. I do not find this to be an issue that hindered my service - they were dressed in comfortable, appropriate clothing and were able to perform their duties without a problem.

My move took place locally, within New York City - from Brooklyn to Queens . I was not harassed for gratuities, I was (and still am) very pleased with the service Mr. Davis and his crew provided. I voluntarily included gratuity.
